Ancient Blooms

Ancient hydrangeas date back to over 60 million years, making them one of the oldest flowering plants on Earth. Of these, the Green Hydrangea symbolise gratitude and abundance. The blooms change colour depending on the soil’s pH, with acidic soil turning the flower petals blue. Unlike most flowers, hydrangeas drink water through both their stems and petals, making them last longer when properly hydrated.
