Cancellation and Refund Policy
- The customer is not entitled to any refund for cancellation made on account of following reasons:
- i. Products that have been opened or tampered with or are not in their original condition.
- ii. Orders placed on incorrect address by the customers and delivered
- The customer shall be entitled for 100% refund on orders that are cancelled at least 12 hours before scheduled delivery time.
- No cancellation is permissible within 12 hours from scheduled delivery time. In case a cancellation request is made after 12 hours before the scheduled delivery, no refund shall be issued to the customer.
- Any permissible refund amount shall be credited to the customer’s 1 Magnolia Lane account and the amount shall be available for use on the next purchase from 1 Magnolia Lane.
- Perishable items (including flowers) are not refundable, once the order has been created.
- Non-perishable, unused, un-opened, items, still in mint condition, in original packaging can be returned with 100% refund, that will be credited to the customer’s 1 Magnolia Lane account and the amount shall be available for use on the next order from 1 Magnolia Lane. Non-perishable items include 1 Magnolia Lane handpoured Soya Candles and 100% Dried Flower arrangements.
- There will be no refund of delivery charges, if any, on the return of products.
- Any permissible refund amount shall be reflected in the customer’s 1 Magnolia Lane account within 7 (seven) days of cancellation of the product or return of the product, whichever is later.
- The decision of 1 Magnolia Lane regarding condition of goods at time of return shall be final.
- Any dispute regarding refund and cancellation shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi only.
