- 1 Magnolia Lane provides free delivery all across Delhi and NCR Region.
- For same day delivery in Delhi, orders must be placed by 2 p.m. For same day delivery in Gurgaon and Noida, orders must be placed by 12 p.m. All other orders will be delivered the following day, unless we are otherwise instructed.
- Our minimum order value is Rs. 2000/- only. For certain areas of Gurgaon, that fall farther from us, the minimum order value is Rs. 2500/-.
- Since we are dealing with perishable goods, great care is taken in transit. Our flowers our delivered in our own airconditioned vehicles only.
- You may check the shipping status or expected time of delivery on our Tracking app.
- For payments made by COD, receipts will be sent within 24 hours.
- Flower pouches are only used for transport. Please remove at the time of putting in water.
- If your flowers came in a container with floral foam or an Oasis, then please add fresh water daily, including on the first day itself, else the flowers will wilt and 1ML will not be responsible. For clarifications on how to add water to an arrangement with floral foam, please contact us.
- Please refer to the flower care tips section on proper handling so your blooms may last as long as possible.
- We offer a 48-hour guarantee for our flowers. If your 1ML blooms wilt despite the advised care within 48 hours of delivery, then immediately send us a photo and we shall replace it.
